Dustin Pipes #95 — The weekend started off great for Pipes after being awarded the RC Hard Charger award based on his performance from round 1 at Hangtown. When the riding got underway, Pipes grabbed the final qualifying spot out of timed practice at 36th overall. Unfortunately a small get off late in moto 1 left Pipes unable to compete in the second moto. He is expected to return to action this coming weekend for round 3 in Colorado. For the weekend, Pipes finished 38th overall.
Justin Ashburn #455 — After missing the top 36 in qualifying, Ashburn found himself once again in the 450 Consolation race. He got off to a good start but unfortunately, while trying to make a pass for the lead — he went down. In the short four lap race, he was able to climb back to 10th. Ashburn knows he needs to get his TPJ/Fly Racing Suzuki inside the top 40, and that’s exactly what he plans to do going into Colorado this weekend.
Killian Auberson #902 — The Swiss rider came back with a point to prove after missing the top 40 last weekend at Hangtown. Auberson put together two solid performances to get his TPJ/Fly Racing Suzuki inside the top 30 at 28th overall.
